Decisions Decisions

This is an amazing poem written by one of my great customers in Victoria, BC,
Chris Friesen

There is something I simply have to admit
Although I feel bashful about it...abit
It’s kind of personal you understand
So keep this info tightly canned.

I’m having four showers or five every day
Out of the washroom I simply can’t stay
The aromas therein entice me each time
I walk past the door, they’re simply sublime.

I’m cleaner I think, than I’ve ever been
But bathing 5 times is slightly obscene.
The problem is not good hygiene I think,
Or whether I’m sweaty or whether I stink,

The problem I tell you herein lies
It isn’t the bath, but the slippery prize
That lures me whenever I pass by the door
But wait, I confess it is much much more.

It’s all about choices, decisions to make
This one or that one, which soap to take
There’s Spicy or Fruity, Minty, Patchouli,
Almonds and Salsa and COFFEE! Yes truly!

Sniffles and Roses and Forest of Rain
The choices may totally drive me insane!
I thought my favourite was chocolate by far
But no one could stop me from eating that bar.

The gut ache I got from ingesting that soap
Was cured in the tub with a Fizzy Bomb soak.
So I think that the only cure for this oaf
Is to send me my soap in a much smaller loaf.

Maybe one bar would sufficiently meet
The needs for my hygiene, my want of a treat.
So please when I order the next time Doreen
One bar will do to keep myself clean.
